Dear Bob

Now that the Diversified Business Communications run of shows is over I thought I would drop you a line.
The feedback from exhibitors and the Diversified team about the level of service and quality that Melville have demonstrated has been very positive across all shows. Exhibitors have spoken of how professional and helpful Melville are. As you aware Natural and Organic Products had been serviced by the same contractor for 15 years so it was always going to be a challenge year one but I think Melville have surpassed expectations. Office* and camexpo require a quick build due to the tenancy times, but again Melville managed to complete everything on schedule.
In the run up to the shows Suzanne and myself have found all the managers from each division very helpful. On Site Bill, Errol, and Ben, have been fantastic – nothing is too much trouble, very patient and good fun. Francesca , Suzanne and myself would be grateful if you could pass on our comments to them.
As you aware we need to catch  up regarding 2011 and I would like to do this soon as convenient.
